To keep your houjicha powder as fresh as possible, store it in the fridge in the tea container provided. This will keep it airtight and away from sunlight, preserving the tea for longer. Best consumed within three months of opening the seal.
How to make Houjicha Latte
- Mix 1.5 teaspoons of Kin Houjicha Powder and 2 tablespoons of warm water to form a paste.
- Add sugar as desired.
- Stir in 250ml of hot milk.
- Froth for 10 seconds.
- Enjoy.
