Shipping

Orders are received, packaged and sent out within 1-2 business days.

Kin Tea currently ships around Australia only. Our tea is shipped via Australia Post. Please visit the Australia Post website for further details on shipping times to your address. Generally, it takes 2-6 business days for regular post, and 1-3 business day for express post (metropolitan areas only). 

Returns

Returns and refunds are processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Protection Legislation.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at hello@kintea.com.au within 14 days of your purchase to discuss. If we cannot resolve your issue we may, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement or refund of your order.

Goods which are returned unopened with the packaging in new condition will be refunded in full, minus the original shipping costs. Refunds will only be processed once we have received the goods purchased – we cannot be liable for the loss of an item while it is being returned so we recommend you send your returns using registered mail.

Refunds will be made by the same method that payment was given.
