To keep your genmaicha as fresh as possible, store it in a cool, dry place in the tea container provided. This will keep it airtight and away from sunlight, preserving the tea for longer. Best consumed within two months of opening the seal.
How to prepare Genmaicha for two
- Put 1 tablespoon of Kin Genmaicha in a teapot.
- Pour in 250mL of 95ºC water.
- Steep for 2 minutes.
- Enjoy.
